Easy Chia Seed Pudding

Who doesn’t love a breakfast thats healthy, quick and easy to whip up? This Chia Seed Pudding has you sorted because it can be prepped over night or in 5mins. Plus Chia seeds are a great gut friendly and healthy food.

In this video I show you how easy it is to whip up a chia seed pudding to enjoy in mins. Personally I love this pudding because its so versatile and you can make it sweet, leave out a sweetener if using fruit or add superfoods to boost this meal.

Chia seeds are a good source of fiber, protein and omega 3 fats. Chia seeds absorb a lot of liquid and form a gel like consistency around the seed, which makes it easy to digest, gentle on the gut and that gel membrane also provides food for your gut bugs in the way of being a prebiotic so it ticks all the boxes for me.

Chia Seed Pudding

Prep Time 5 mins
Servings 1 person

Equipment

  • bowl, whisk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plant Based Milk
  • 1 tbs Chia Seeds

Instructions

  • In a bowl add milk and seeds and whisk for 1 min until they start to absorb the liquid and let them rest for 5 mins, stirring occasionally. Add more seeds if you want a thicker consistency. I like mine a bit runny so i use 1Tbs but you can use 1.5 tbs to 2 tbs for a thicker consistency.
Enjoy with freshly chopped fruit, granola, coconut yogurt. You can also add collagen as a superfood, protin for a more filling snack or cacao for some chocolaty goodness.
