My gut just really doesn't like dairy. While I have had some genetic testing I can digest lactose i just does do well with casein and I break out like crazy so I just steer clear of the stuff apart from the occasional cheese, because who doesn't like cheese (am-i-right ?)...

If you are anything like me after the xmas festivities are over, I'm craving the sweet stuff (because of the extra indulging over the holidays) but also I tend to drink way more alcohol because there are heaps more occasions to do so.
