Berry Gelatin Gummies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbs Gelatin (Raw) ideally from grass fed cows
  • 1 L water
  • 3 cups Frozen Berries

Equipment

  • Saucepan, silicone moulds

Method
 

  1. In a saucepan bring the berries to the boil in the water. While thats boiling, in a small bowl add the galatin with 3 tbs water and let it bloom. When berries start to boil, remove from the heat and blend in a food processor or blender. Strain the seeds and add back to the same saucepan on low heat. Add the gelatin and stir until dissolved. Let cool for 5-10mins before pouring into moulds. Refrigerate overnight to set and enjoy as a snack.
