An omelette is a very filling breakfast and its relatively quick to make. If im in a rush I go for an omelette because it can cook while I'm doing my hair or makeup in the mornings, so it’s kind of time saving. Plus they are a great way to add some extra veggies to your day. I usually try and add 3 vegetables to bulk my fiber, nutrition and flavour. My gut just really doesn't like dairy.
