Chia Seed Pudding
- 1 cup Plant Based Milk
- 1 tbs Chia Seeds
In a bowl add milk and seeds and whisk for 1 min until they start to absorb the liquid and let them rest for 5 mins, stirring occasionally. Add more seeds if you want a thicker consistency. I like mine a bit runny so i use 1Tbs but you can use 1.5 tbs to 2 tbs for a thicker consistency. Enjoy with freshly chopped fruit, granola, coconut yogurt. You can also add collagen as a superfood, protin for a more filling snack or cacao for some chocolaty goodness.
