Coconut Flour Flatbread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbs coconut flour
  • 1 tbs arrowroot flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbs milk (preferable plant based)

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl, mix. Fry on low to medium heat in a nonstick frypan on both sides (like a pancake). Enjoy.
