24 Oct Is Snacking Ruining Your Gut Health?

  To snack or not to snack, is the question. Could any food in between meals really be a contributing factor to your gut health journey? You know you are obsessed with food when you get anxiety when you don’t have enough snacks close by, know what I’m sayin? I used to pack so many goodies into my lunch bag for work to snack on ALL day. Can you relate? Of course you can, you are totally thinking about snacks now aren’t you? I believe it is called food anxiety… anxiety when there is NO food available. If you are someone who likes to be super organised so you are eating healthy that's amazing, you are setting yourself up for success, rock on. 24 Jan Gut Soothing Smoothies

If you are anything like me after the xmas festivities are over, I'm craving the sweet stuff (because of the extra indulging over the holidays) but also I tend to drink way more alcohol because there are heaps more occasions to do so. Craving wine of an evening is a way I tend to 'hang on' to the holiday vibes… even though I’m back at work. The indulging needs to stop at some stage because it can be damaging to your gut if you have had issues in the past (like me) or if you are going through some gut issues. Getting back on track as quick as possible is super important.
