So as you can see having a blender has been the most used appliance in my house. I friggin love it and i use it every morning and most nights!! I personally have 2 horse powers mixing up my smoothies meaning it’s a “fast speed blender” it is an Optimum 9400 and has been fantastic, I could not live without it. It has a 10 yr warranty, so although it might seem expensive you are fully covered with confidence. I make sauces such as bolognese sauce for my sudo zucchetti. I make pesto and add kale for added nutrients. You can make nut butters and mayo… dressings… banana icecream. Vegan icecreams, nut milks, dips and bullettproof coffee. I love a good curry but found that they were loaded with vegetable oil so took the ingredients list from store bought curry pastes and made them myself out of fresh herbs and spices (minus the additives and nasty stuff). With a blender it is easy to make your food from scratch to avoid all the additives and i have not had to buy packets and store bought sauces and jars for many years all because i can do them in my blender.
