  There are tons of gut healing supplements out on the market and some can be expensive and you have no idea if they are going to work or not, which can be frustrating. Or they are obscure and you have to travel to the other side of the earth to find them. I’m all about simplicity otherwise you will never use these amazing gut healing supplements and foods on a daily basis. I get it, overload of information haha. As you can see I am just a little passionate about eliminating gut destroying foods. By simply swapping some of your pantry items over to more healthful ones can be super beneficial for your overall health in the long run. The Only Kitchen Appliance You Need.

So as you can see having a blender has been the most used appliance in my house. I friggin love it and i use it every morning and most nights!! I personally have 2 horse powers mixing up my smoothies meaning it’s a “fast speed blender” it is an Optimum 9400 and has been fantastic, I could not live without it. It has a 10 yr warranty, so although it might seem expensive you are fully covered with confidence. I make sauces such as bolognese sauce for my sudo zucchetti. I make pesto and add kale for added nutrients. You can make nut butters and mayo… dressings… banana icecream. Vegan icecreams, nut milks, dips and bullettproof coffee. I love a good curry but found that they were loaded with vegetable oil so took the ingredients list from store bought curry pastes and made them myself out of fresh herbs and spices (minus the additives and nasty stuff). With a blender it is easy to make your food from scratch to avoid all the additives and i have not had to buy packets and store bought sauces and jars for many years all because i can do them in my blender. The one thing you can do today that will benefit your health for life is a no brainer but it truly is my secret weapon to health. You move out of home and you try and do the right thing by getting you 2+5 a day, but let’s face it.. It doesn’t always happen, does it? If you are anything like me after the xmas festivities are over, I'm craving the sweet stuff (because of the extra indulging over the holidays) but also I tend to drink way more alcohol because there are heaps more occasions to do so. Craving wine of an evening is a way I tend to 'hang on' to the holiday vibes… even though I’m back at work. The indulging needs to stop at some stage because it can be damaging to your gut if you have had issues in the past (like me) or if you are going through some gut issues.
